Mosfet driver IR2104 High out not working

Unless the source of the high-side MOSFET is toggled high and low, the bootstrap circuit won't function properly to drive the gate 12V above the source. Is the source toggling?

vcc=12v, f=20khz, 1n4007 diode, what to do now?? mean to say what value of capacirtor should we use with 8 and 6 pin
