High side MOSFET not working @ IR2104 driver

I am also attaching the output waveform of both HO and LO. Red waveform indicates output of HO and yellow waveform as output of LO. But the amplitude of both the signal are different. (It should be same).

With these IC's the boost requires to see a load to common to work.

I will certainly look into your valuable suggestion but may i know the reason for this.
I am working first time on these type of driver.

The amplitude will not be the same. The HO signal goes above Vcc. That is what the boost circuit is for.

what do you mean by BOOST here? Can you please explain?
I have edited my post. can you please review once again.

Boost = VB.
The VB boost circuit requires a path to common or gnd to charge the boost capacitor.
