Hello, can somebody help wich transistor is like bfg520

can i send you the file better, my version is 7.2 OF SIMETRIX

My current version of Simetrix is 8.1. Your version is quite old. I assume from that that you are not able to save your files as PDF's which would explain why you have sent them in a different format to that requested.

Hello sir, i have simetrix/simplis intro 7.2 so i save it in schematic format, and you can use it the file , without problem, but if you want in pdf i will send you no problem
But i want to say to you everything was fixed yesterday , but now i connect the VARACTOR, the wave is change in bad wave? what to do can you help me please, maybe i connect a varicap bad i dont know?

I see that the tuned LC is still wrong as a series resonant instead of as correct as a parallel resonant.

can you tell me the value of cc and co and i will do it
Cc is obviously already on your schematic as C3, 100pF. Co can also be 100pF.
What is the pulse V3 used for? It might short the capacitance of the varactor diode to ground.
Didn't you notice that WHONOES shows your R5 as 10k.

Since it is taking you weeks to make this simple oscillator then it will take you years to make the rest of this FM radio you are trying to make.

i did i wire source to 6.8pf, and i conect in parrallel with 47P, and inductor in parallel, inductor in serie with 100p to midden R1 and R2, waveform is not good like before, pleasee
There is no "source". Your words are confusing, please post your newest schematic instead.

Hi yet again. As Audioguru correctly mentions, your LC circuit is still wrong. It should be parallel resonant.
See below, my recent simulation and graph.
Copy them exactly. Remove all the extra bits in your simulation. Get the basic circuit working and then you can start adding filters and such like knowing that the rest works then, if you add something and the simulation is then not working correctly, you know it is because of the last additions.
I repeat, copy my schematic exactly including the Varactor type and the perturbation pulse bits.

You must be looking at the wrong diagram as mine shows R5 as 390R.

WHONOES, what is the signal V2 on your schematic that feeds the inductor through the tiny-value 100 femto-Farads capacitor C5?

I just want to tell you this circuit is taken from university,
they cant make such a mistake

School kids make mistakes all the time. These Swedish kids say they used a Clapp oscillator but it is different to the one used in a Analog Devices applications note I found.

I went to school such a long time ago that I can't remember a Clapp oscillator and I have never used one.
My first solid state RF oscillator used a tunnel diode. It transmitted FM all over my neighborhood.

Hi Audioguru.
The Signal from V2 through C5 is to disturb the junction of C4, C3 and L1 to get the oscillation going. It is just a narrow single pulse.

But i dont think they make mistake
somebody he make it the same in ltspice is working perfect, but i like more this software i like to use it, in ltspice on Sir he make it, thanks to him, but in this simulator is not working , we are making mistake somewhere, i have also the graph like you make it oscillator, but when i zoom it waveforme is not correct, so please

Have you still got the filter on the end of it?
