Buz103 replacement transistors

Hi
I have an old car amplifier with blown npn pnp pair of transistors. (Planet Audio P706)
The transistors are Buz103 BG15 and SG14. I cant find any information on these.
Anyone know of a god replacement?

Hi Thor, do you have pictures of the devices?

Here are two possible links. I am not sure if the BG15 is a transistor or some other device, when you post the picture we can see better.

Ok, for sure the BUZ link I posted is a match. Where are the other two devices?

That's the two devices, BUZ103 BG15 and BUZ103 SG14.

LOL I see it now, if I am not mistaken that is the factory/date coding.

Does the S mean NPN and the B PNP? Will I need a matched pair?

No; all four devices are the same. They're all BUZ103 N-channel MOSFETs. The date/factory codes are different, that's all.

No worries mate, I know when to step aside and call for help - I am still low on the skill front
As for the books, I did shelve them for a time. I am actively watching a series on modern electronics, about 12 hours of lecture. It is certainly very light so far, but I thought it was a better place to start than the graduate stuff I had been reading!
I will keep you posted.
