Where to advertise for applicants for UK tech role in disaster relief agency?

My company is finding it hard to find applicants for a London (UK) based tech role covering electronics (3-phase generatos, solar power), telecomms (VHF, HR, BGAN, VSAT, Thurays etc) and vehicle fleet management for our disaster management team. We need people with practical skills as well as theoretical knowledge who can travel to tough places worldwide - any advice? Thanks Tony

Surprised you haven't gotten several UK responses, Tony - it sounds like you are advertising interesting, exciting jobs, at a time when good positions aren't too easy to come by. I'm obviously not tuned into the internet job sites in the UK - but to state the obvious, you'll need to advertise for tech people in the places they live - tech sites on the net. Just about anywhere else will be a waste of time. For fleet management people, look to the utility and (professional) truck maintenance magazine websites.
