What component is this? The blue colored one.

This is a polyesther capacitor. Common in audio systems. the marking 335 stands for 3.3 microfarads capacitance. They are high voltage capacitors.

the giveaway is the "c" on the pcb, in this instance c22.

If you think they are high voltage parts because of the Y that is visible - Don't think so. Using the crystal as a reference, they are way too small to be a true "Y-rated" capacitor of that value.

Hello,

The capactors are indeed 3.3 μF.
The voltage will not be that high, as on the left I see a 32kHz watch crystal and on the right a crystal oscillator.

Sure, i was referring to the capacitor type actually. Not the circuits voltage.
