Diode - quite probably a zener rated at 15V and 1.3W. Need to see more of the board to confirm.

Although rated wattage unknown.

Many Thanks, on the actual board this component is a bit of a charred mess, the picture displayed was from the equipment supplier (they didn't make the boards, they bought them in) and they didn't know what it was. It is in the power smoothing section of the PCB so I will go with your assessment and see if a replacement does the trick....once again, thanks
