Pardon me?? I've only ever called with you once, Bass. I've made
frequent reference to "our one and only" telephone conversation. Google
it if you dare.

Frank...He's lieing again.....
The same as the lie he told about the
"at length" conversation he and I had at
ISC in Orlando several years ago and what I
supposedly told him, etc., etc......

He just plain lies about everything Frank.....

I choose Polesoft Lockspam to fight spam, and you?

After all the time Frank spent figuring out how to program his phone's speed
dialer, you're asking for a lot.

Now there's an understatement.

The first paragraph very clearly states
that a company which only sells from
its place of business is not a "Private
alarm contractor" and thus is not
required to be licensed.

Online, yes. It's not subject to license
requirements in any state.

That much is true. In order to purchase
online my customer must be in front of his
PC. However, I don't see any mention of
where the client may be seated... :^)

ok now that you say everything is right,I must be ok in continuing that when
you offer remote programming to the same user you are altering the alarm
system,so you are considered a "Private alarm contractor"

shall we read again...

"and does not sell, install, monitor, maintain, alter, repair, replace,
service, or respond to alarm systems at protected premises or premises to be
protected."

and helping someone maintaining his alarm system,by sending documentation,or
giving some knowledge...could fall in there too...

maybe you should be careful bAss to who you "deal" with...ya never know!

It'll be a cold day in Sarasota that I'd even consider putting Bass in
my speed-dialer. Besides which, there's not enough room for "Bullshit
Artist" on the LCD display (or "Attention Burglar").

How many times did you call then hang up when he answered?

How many times did you try disguising your voice and act like a customer?

When you disguised your voice and acted like a customer did you use a higher
pitched voice to sound more girlish or lower to sound more manly?

How many times did you accidently call Robert when instead you were trying
to call Graham?

However, I
hope that in Bass' private moments Graham may be included in whatever
prayers Bass has to offer up, and visa versa.

He has been included in my prayers.

Whatever I may write in the heat of moment, I don't wish death on him.

I can't pitch my voice "high". I'm too manly.

Zero, zip, none.

Not according to the statute. Try reading
more slowly. I'll leave just the one phrase
which you seem so eager to ignore.
"...at protected premises or premises to be protected."

What the statute us saying is that if a person
doesn't do a job *at the premises* then (other
than monitoring service, which I don't offer),
it is exempt.
and helping someone maintaining his

No, idiot. Sending documentation is not
contracting. Sharing information is also
not contracting.

I don't wish harm on you or anyone
else. I have no room for hatred.
That doesn't mean I won't respond if
you mess with me though.

No? If you "don't wish harm on him", what was sending a false complaint
to his boss all about? You know damn well where Graham got your social
insurance number (and it wasn't by using "his employer's resources").
You'll never admit to it though, will you, or offer Graham (and his
former boss) an apology?

what was sending a false complaint to his boss all about?

False complaints are your specialty, Olson.
His employer lookend into Cracker's
actions and decided to terminate him.
Obviously the company carefully checked
it out before reaching a decision. You
can't just fire someone without cause
unless you want to see your SUI rates
skyrocket and possibly wind up on the
wrong end of a lawsuit.

Whatever happened to Cracker is his
own doing. I warned him not to do what
he threatened to do. He didn't listen.

What happened to Graham was *your* doing. *You* chose to take it real
life and file a FALSE COMPLAINT after Rob (AlarmReview) published his
name, address and place of employment. This is not the first time
you've taken steps like this against your detractors. And you've only
recently threatened to do exactly the same thing again. What a dirty,
rotten, piece of flotsam you are. Some here would argue that the only
"prayers" you deserve are for a quick and miserable end to your
existence. *I* pray that before that end comes, you'll be able to
cleanse yourself of all the lies you've spewed over the years and that
the people you've hurt will be charitable enough to forgive you.

As for your comment about "false complaints" being "my specialty",
you're full of shit, Bass. I've never filed a "false complaint" with
anyone or any agency about you or anyone.
