OK, there's not enough bias in either of the output stages. I think the resistor fuses might be the cause. Can you temporarily install four low current fuses, e.g. between 100 mA and 500 mA, fast blow, instead of the resistor/LED fuses, and re-measure those voltages please.Q1 = 0.60VDC; Q10=0.58VDC; Q12=0.60VDC; Q18=191m
Q22=0.59VDC; Q11=0.59VDC; Q13=0.61VDC; Q20=197m
Q23=0.60VDC; Q25=0.49VDC; Q26=0.38VDC; Q28=00.0m
Q40=0.59VDC; Q37=0.49VDC; Q34=109m; Q36=0.00m
Think I must have shorted Q11 somehow, C9 has gone R30, R32, and a couple of smaller components , will make a list of exactly burned, all the tracks are ok on the underside of the board so it's just a case of replacing the damaged ones and a clean up, hope the drivers haven't been damaged!
Not going to lie, it looked like a Roman candle!
I hate it when that happens.Think I must have shorted Q11 somehow, C9 has gone R30, R32, and a couple of smaller components , will make a list of exactly burned, all the tracks are ok on the underside of the board so it's just a case of replacing the damaged ones and a clean up, hope the drivers haven't been damaged!

Digi-Key deal directly with manufacturers or their authorised agents. They still occasionally get caught out, but they're a much better option than eBay.
Personally I would replace any component that may have been stressed, and I would always replace complementary transistors as a pair unless they were very expensive.
