Replacement of a fixed and adjustable regulators

I need some help replacing a couple regulators. IC 101 and 107 on the schematic attached.

First one is a s-81250hg and the closest I found was:
https://www.ablic.com/en/doc/datasheet/voltage_regulator/S812C_E.pdf

Second one is a TK11640. I am struggling with this one because it is not fixed. It goes in increments of 0.5 from 2v up to 5v.

S-81250HG is here: https://www.digchip.com/datasheets/parts/datasheet/432/S-81250HG-pdf.php
TK11640 is here: https://www.datasheetarchive.com/pd...95ca8b5539f6738b79f62a036b&type=O&term=TK1164

I would think that both are fixed 3 terminal regulators.

If you know the output voltage and the required current, then you might simply look for another similar regulator.

There may be other parameters, like low dropout voltage or low quiescent current that you can also put into the mix.

I don't see any voltages marked on the schematic, do you have this information.

I read IC107 as TK11630 (not 11640).
The numbering scheme for the TK116xx series seems to be xx=voltage, thus
TK11630 = 3.0 V
TK11633 = 3.3 V
etc.

In that case it looks like you could just replace these with LDO 3 terminal regulators in a TO-92 package.

This would work as the 3V regulator, and this for the 3.3V regulator.

Note that both of these have a limited maximum input voltage (6V vs 16V), but considering an LDO regulator is used, I can't imagine the input voltage is very high.
