i'm repair power pc

im first find the 300vdc on the capacitor
but not any found out put voltage

i'm test transistor s chooper thats ok


i'm not ihave not idea ho test the ic lm324n

Your lack of understanding could be potentially fatal.

The 300-odd volts appears after the bridge rectifier - no volts could mean either the main fuse has blown or the bridge rectifier has (or both) or the surge suppressor has gone open etc etc.

Since they are so cheap and readily available why not save yourself some trouble (and, potentially, your own life) by purchasing a new one?
