Normal operating temperature of a microprocessor ic

Dear all

What is the normal operating temperature of a microprocessor ic ?

I use an IR thermometer gun shooting on the microprocessor getting 44 celcius ,is it normal?

That's a really vague question ... they will all be different
so what uPC specifically do you want to know about ?
have you googled the datasheet for that uPC the info will be in there

Hi the uPC is 64F7047F50V but i search no datasheet for it..tq

its a Hitachi device you may have to email Hitachi and see if they will supply a datasheet

if they cant help, you may be out of luck
