Motor Run Capacitor, Physical Size

Burden's Surplus Center (surpluscenter.com) offers two 5 ufd "motor
run" capacitors:

They are very different in physical size.

Can anyone here explain why that might be true?

The voltage ratings are only 250 VAC and 330 VAC, not much of a
difference....

The two capacitors are built with different dielectrics. The small
one is probably a metalized film capacitor. The big one is an oil
filler paper or film dielectric cap. The bigger one probably will
handle higher current and higher over voltage before failure. The
smaller one will probably self heal small dielectric breakdowns by
vaporizing the very thin metalization around the arc hole.
