Low end, how to work with flicker LEDs on 1.5v

Chinese it is called "candle flash" which might mean flickering.

Why not assume it's a flickering LED?

Have you never seen them?

Well my wife wasnt feeling well today, so i ran in dollar general for stuff and turns out now they carry the large solar flicker tea lights,
2 for 3 bucks,
Besides the hole for the led coming out the middle of the top they are the cheap answer to my projects,

Irony is package says both water resistant and water proof and the way they are made the are no where near either,
