Hi all,
I m new to the group and wondering how deep and helpful discussions
are. I m a PhD student trying to assemble Macom (MA4E1338A)diodes on a
flexible FR9151 patterned substrate. Can I use any conductive epoxy
(SPI Inc) for a frequency of operation of 915MHz. I could not see the
rectified signal what so ever even when I manually soldered it to the
substrate. All I see is a CW sinusoidal wave. Can anybody tell me where
the problem is?
Thank you,
