Brinks/ADT/Broadview Keypad Volume

Hello,

I need some help. I moved into a unit that has the Brinks 3000 keypad. I am able to activate and use the system but the keypad tones are faint and can't hear it, especially, the door chime. If I put my ear to the pad, I can hear the beep, beep, beep. Is there are way to increase the volume on the keypad so the tones are heard?
