Woo-Woo Biocompatible Frequencies

Does anyone know how to make a transmitter of positive biocompatible frequency generator like a schumann generator but with more frequecies that are good for you? I'm stuck on how to get started, I know like the amplifier and stuff but to transmit more than just 7Hz, how?

Frequencies of what? I believe working out at about a frequecy of about 3 times a week is good for you. So, with this post, I have transmitted a frequency that is good for you.
