I need help with this schematic. I am not sure what are T1/L1 and T2/L2? Are they transformers or just coils and the values?

On a side note:
Please make sure you recycle these mv lamps. They contain loads of mercury and are now obsolete because of environmental reasons.

How do i get the right transformers since there are no specs/desc?

If you have a bad ballast on an obsolete type lamp (mercury vapor) the best thing to do is replace the entire fixture. Why go out of your way to fix an outdated fixture that is so bad for the environment?
I recommend high pressure sodium or metal halide.
