Wireless RF Remote Control Kits

i understand security systems using Wireless RF Remote Control Kits on them.

Can some one explain how a manufacture able to make thousands of units with out interfering others. I mean do they have to program each one separately for different frequencies ? or is there a other smarter way of doing the job..

They do interfere with one another. You are unlikely to have thousands of units in close proximity so the chances of interference are less.
Different frequencies are used, different modulation methods and different coding.

Don't operate your ham 70cm transmitter in a supermarket car park or no-one can go home!
