Which FM Aerial Plug is this?

Probably a "N connector" - the smaller version of which is known as BNC or "Baby N Connector".

Nope - that's a PL-259 (the socket is the SO-239)

Further, when you purchase one you have to specify which cable it is used with (RG-58, RG-59, RG-213 etc) as they come with a 'sleeve' that has to screw on to the cable insulation and getting the wrong sleeve will either make this impossible or make it too loose.
