I have a bunch of bad Incandescent Light Dimmers. I am relatively sure
that
the solid satte devices inside are bad, passive components look
good physically. Since these are 1000W units and we use them as a
cheap way to control Stage Lighting in a much under-funded Theatre in
Mexico
It would be nice ot be able to repair them and not have to pay $30 each
for new ones. The TRIACS always have OEM numbers on them and the DIACS
have no markings.
Can anyone tell me a generic NTE, TCG, ECG etc or Mfrs part number to
use.
One unit I have open now has Motorola TO-220 TRIAC marked 130-068
Anyone have cross reference list
Thanks, Guido
