That's the frequency response needed to display an NTSC video signal....
imaging a test pattern of a white vertical stripe, then black, then white....
video is going up and down real fast. Hang a spectrum analyzer on the signal.
Note that the bandwith is about 4.5MHz. Must sample twice that fast to grab it.
