Did you try this lead yet Don???

The Montana lead looks better, except their phone never gets answered
and their voicemail is overflowed, and their pricing is missing.

I'd suspect a foreign order for only 50,000 foriegn pieces would be
laughed at, let alone 5000. Taiway does not seem to have a US
representative, which does not bode well.

I sent an inquiry anyway.

I buy switches from them 500 at a time. The only killer is that they only
take wire payment ($40 a pop) which adds to a low quantity price.

Lessee now, you'd rather deal with a Montana company that doesn't answer
their phone and has an overloaded mailbox rather than an offshore (which is
probably where Montana's nuts came from originally) company that is
extremely responsive, speaks fluent English and delivers on or ahead of
time?

So far the Taiwan company has ignored my emails.

[.. 1/4-40..]
Local hardware is pretty much limited to 1/4-20 and rarely 1/4-28.
[... use SMAs ...]
The gold plate and premium connector companies are certain to make the
cost outrageous.
1/4-36 is hard to thread onto a 1/4-40 anyway.

Which is why my initial post mentioned finding out what the threading
is, nut boy.

You really are thick aren't you. You posted indicating you didn't
know the thread pitch of an SMA. I helpfully post what it is and
somehow you have a problem with this. Now tell me, why would I want
to bother reading your posts?
Tell me how that response indicates that I had a problem with your
post. You have gone from nut boy to nut job with that one, dingledorf.

Bank wires are one of the biggest rip offs in business today.

You have a dual problem though. A bank wire is only $25, so your bank
is bending you over as well.

Instead of being a peanut gallery comment Tard, you could try
reading
all the posts in a thread. This one was at less than 30 last time I
checked.

Instead of thanking me for the information, you posted lame insults.

Don't bother to reply. I'm stopping reading your posts again. There
is no reason for me to bother reading your posts.

For small amounts it's cheap enough and easy.
