smd zener diode help

i have a faulty rs422 comms unit and have identified a short across one of the zener diodes on the TXA, unfortunatly its colour coded and i can't decifer its part number
can anyone help?

thanks, i googled it prior to posting and unfortunately it didn't help
the colour coding isnt a standard for diodes so it differs by manufacturer

I think you will need to provide more information and certainly a better picture for anyone to help you.

the colours are Orange [largest band] Yellow Green
the diodes are linked directly to the TXA TXB RXA RXB lines
i assume they're used as a buffer for spikes, unfortunately i cant power it up and my camera is not great
