Please can anyone help me on making a 7 segment display up and down counter. I have searched a lot on internet but could not find anything helpful. I want to make a mini project on breadborad it will be a seven segment display using an IC and 2 buttons one button press will go from 0 to 9 and other button press will go from 9 to 0.
