Picked this off the side of the road and I am really interested in fixing it. There is a loud buzz when the tv is on, and no picture. There is still sound when the tv comes on. The buzz changes frequency when I hit the menu button, and no menu appears on screen. I have limited experience fixing electronics, and I do know how to solder and use a multimeter. I have done some research on the tv and it seems it might be the power supply or logic board. Can you reflow these like you do with computer motherboards? Has anyone dealt wit ha similar issue before? Thanks!
