Samsung LE40B530P7W - NO POWER - BN44-00264C Rev 1.4 fault find

Hello, I just joined as I am looking for assistance and step by step guidance on how to fault find damaged components on BN44-00264C Rev 1.4 power board. Visual inspection has highlighted a burnt mark on the board to one side of item BM802. I am looking into replacing the damaged components if possible, otherwise would like confirmation if I need to replace the complete PCB, thank you in advance. Please refer to attached photo with the damaged component highlighted with yellow.

Section 4 shows the trouble shooting.

Looking at the pictures, the black spot is likely made by the blue part CM806.
There is a hole in that part.

Hello Bertus,
I have replaced the blue part, CM806 and also the ceramic fuse, T3.15AH250V. When connected and switched on, the fuse blow up, and when I checked the replacement fuse it was T3.15A600V. Do you think it is the wrong fuse or other components have fault? Thank you very much.

Hello,

It sound as if there are still parts that create shorts.
It can be that some mosfets in the SMPS are bad.
Unfortunately the service manual does not have any schematics.
As for power checks it has the attached pages.

Thank you for the attachment and information. I have bought a second hand complete board at a reduced priced from ebay, which I will receive soon. I will let you know the outcome when I fit it, thanks again and have a good day.
