RS Logic AB PLC Timer Problem

I have a RS Logic AB PLC used for over ten years, it work well before, but not sure why the output logical is wrong right now, it seems the PLC timer not work correct, the timer's setting time seems be set to 0, and the outputs without delay in betweens (was work well with setting delay), can somebody share the experience about this situation?

Not sure what the problem is as you describe it?
Try programming a separate rung with another timer, or just test a rung with the timer in it.
Post a sketch of the rung in question.

Is there a backup battery in this device?
"ten years" and "timer setting =0" make one suspect that.
