RF5501-433 and WS4939

Hey guys.
I just installed a new power 632 panel that came with the RF5501-433 keypad.
I also bought a WS4939 wireless key for the system.
I installed it as per all the instructions and all works fine except for one
thing.
With the wireless key, i programmed only 2 functions.

i away arm
ii disarm

When I press the away arm button the system arms as is should.
However, when i press the disarm button the word PROGRAM shows up on the
keypad and nothing else happens.
How can i get the wireless key to disarm my system?
Any help is appreciated.

Not 100% certain on this one and I'm not a pro...Try programming a user
code for the wireless key (code 17 = key 1, code 18 = key 2, etc.) and
disabling section [17] option 1.
