RF transistor replacement

hi 4 all i want to design circuit which consist from basic part ( MRF947T1) transistor <<<< i want a lot of equivalent for this transistor ,because it's not available, to give the same process in freq range 800 - 1000 MHz..... thankz

REPLACEMENT

Hi ,, can someone tell me about if i can replace transistor in this circuit with C9018 or BF240 , If you are know this circuit operate in frequency 500-1000 MHz
