I realized that too. Already made sure no connection nor short circuit between those leads

Stripboard is hard to get right. You should recheck to make sure there are no extraneous connections. It is easy to miss a cut. Check each strip to make sure all the things connected into it should be.

Ive put them back to breadboard. it works well. *Sigh* I guess I will hand together with the breadboard. Thanks BobK for your kind reply anyway
