power supply repair, help identifying inductor

My proscan lcd tv started smoking found the source to be an inductor on the power supply. it still turns on , just starts burning after a minute. the model on the board is "sta200tv-f4". I don't really know what i'm doing , can someone help me ?

show us a sharp and well lit pic of the board with the suspected faulty part arrowed

believe it is "L7" on this diagram

it's not likely to be the problem, rather something past it has failed and that poor inductor is now passing current in excess of what it should be
