Pigtails & wire nuts

In the process of wirng a basement addition, my new bath will have a
fan/heater/light combo on it's own circuit. My questions is, how do I
connect all the ground wires. There is one 12/2 feeder and 3 12/2 off of
switches going to the unit. My local code requires the use of pigtails on
switches and outlets. I have the hot and neutral figured out, but the ground
wires comes to a total of 7. How should they be connected? They are in a
plastic box, so there is no need for a box pigtail.

Crimp Sleeve. Get a size that will hold all 7 wires when twisted into a
cable shape. Twist the wires together, slide on the crimp sleeve toward
the back of the box, crimp. Then trim all but 1 of the ground wires
leaving a nice pigtail.

alternately, a "Kerney" wire nut should be adequate if a large crimp tool is
not available.
