Pic genie Micro controller Problems

Im currently doing a project which has micro controller (Genie c14). for some reason when one pin is sent high, another pin is also outputting a 1.8v signal for no reason. Does anyone have any previous experience with this.

There is a reason. It's a matter of finding which one. Why not start by telling us which pins are involved and what are your actions to set one pin high (the relevant lines of code) to check for possible side effects?
