Over voltage at 1000w ups

Please my ups suddenly gives 324v at the output when inverting from online (from normal AC to DC ,battery) what should I do.
I tried to checked the MOSFET transistors, voltage regulators but seems they are not faulty.
Please help.

Check your Voltage Feedback circuitry.
What type of UPS is this? Can you give the Make, Model... so we can get more information on the unit.
