Hello, searching for tips to get my Osaki OS Pro Pinnacle Massage Chair working again. Was working fine for a year and recently lost power. Plugged into a live outlet and the fuse is good. We did find a wire hanging out of from under the right side panel (see right edge of photo). The end of the wire has jack like something for a plug to a headset on an airplane. This wire could be the power for the remote control board. Unfortunately we can’t find where the plugs goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
