One has a red light the other green Both have no sound from tweeters

If “why do the tweeters not work?” Is the question, maybe they’re blown.
Turn the volume low and put another small speaker in (testing only) See if you hear anything.

I read about two alternative methods First, connect a batter to the tweeter and see if it makes a popping sound on connect, then it's good Second, measure it's resistance Also could the problem be I plugged a stereo source into the input jack on back Maybe it needs to be mono?

I took one of the tweeters out to test It's blown You can see where the winding burned out at the connector Can I get it fixed
