[newbie] Powering car horn?

The relay mentions 30A. I read elsewhere that a device can need more amps when started.

Since it's a horn for bike use, I'll only need it to run less than a second a few times a day max.

I would use a 12v battery out of a Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)( One of the 7ampHour battery should do it) they have spade connecters so then all you have to do is buy the female spade connected to put on the ends of your wires.
