I've created a website, [REMOVED], to help hobbyists find the cheapest place to manufacture their PCBs. You enter your board's size, layers, preferred solder mask color, and quantity, and it shows you the prices from several different manufacturers (in US dollars, including shipping to the US).
There's also a page comparing free CAD programs. Since many of these are crippled versions of commercial software, I show the limitations imposed.
For both manufacturers and CAD software, users can write reviews, Amazon-style.
I hope people will find the site useful.
