E ep user Jan 4, 2022 #3 It was in liquid that has evaporated. Maybe the interconnections dissolved or were not fully formed.
N Nanren888 Jan 5, 2022 #4 Sorry, but don't think it's anything.more than organic, maybe, glue residue. Just something for a bit of cleaner and a rag, I think. Can point you to some images from our micro-fab lab if you want, but they look quite different to these.
