Mosfet keeps blowing up in the UPS

One mosfet keeps blowing up in my ups everytime i power it on with a new one. Any ideas why? I'm using the right number though

Something else is obviously wrong. Maybe one of the others that doesn't blow up, or one of the driver circuits?

Could that do it? Okay i'll try replacing the other one. Hopefully that's it. Thanks

If you are unable to measure the components then you are working blindfolded.
Every time a transistor breaks down there's a risk that another transistor + their respective driver circuit breaks down. You'll need to check diodes around there also.
