Hi,
I'd like the build a battery powered, hand-held device that is capable
of emitting a light burning in the range of 250-350 degrees F. The less
visible light, the better (but without eliminating it completely).
The plan is to add magnifying lenses so that the output beam is small
(3/4" or less) so precise work can be done. However, I'm not sure what
type of lens is best suited for this.
The application is a drawing device used to cut stencils in organic
materials with the freedom of a handheld device.
Thanks,
Michael Koehmstedt
