Can you accurately sketch out what you have actually built and post it on here. Doing so will help us and may even show you where you have gone wrong (if at all).

FOUND IT!!!!
Tags 3 and 4 were touching. Bad soldering and lack of care on my part. Once separated, it all works fine.
Not loud enough though but I will be preamping.

Lesson learned. Take it slower. More rigour. Control the enthusiasm.
