I need advice on how to solder these 12 fuses in this power inverter

When I got this invertor all fuses were blown I went ahead a gave it a shot removing them and I'm just wondering how much solder do I remove and what's the best method of soldering them back in since I'm a novice and Ive never seen this type of soldering where it flooded on top of the board thank you in advance for you're help

Here's a tip....... I have a car, so can you tell me make, model and year of manufacture...???

all fuses were blown

That'll be why the inverter was 'junked' - simply replacing the fuses will only mean you having to buy MORE fuses as they'll just blow again unless you discover WHY they blew in the first place.
