I have to replace two burnt mosfets K5A50D in a toshiba hd tv.These mosfets are not available in the market and nearest to its specification is 2sk3563 with only difference that the Vgss of this mosfet is +/- 10 V while the Vgss of K5A50D is +/- 30 V.Can this mosfet may be used as replacement ?

Welcome to EP!
I doubt that would be a suitable replacement, but it all depends on the circuit it's used in. A Vgss rating of +-30V is uncommon. Most FETs are rated +-20V only, so it's unlikely a manufacturer would specify a higher voltage type unless it were strictly necessary.
