Hi, all

I want to read some files on my Pocket PC (Win based). Original files are in
proprietary format, so I am converting them to PDF. I am using free software
PDF995. Works great, but not for pocket PC.

I can not fit the line of text on screen. I have to scroll left and right
all the time. I have latest PDF reader for Pocket PC from Adobe. It has
feature called "reflow" to do do just what I need -- reformat the page to
fit on screen. The problem is that this feature is somehow disabled on files
I create with PDF995.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks,
Rudolf

Adobe PDF files created by ADOBE software are likely designed to work
properly in all adobe environments, where the freeware version may
possibly be someone making a basic program to display on screen PDF,
but without putting in extra features needed for compatibility with
the PDA environment ?

If you have COREL 11, it creates PDF files as well - I presume their
plug-in would be licensed to adobe, and may stand a better chance of
working ?

Thanks.

I prefer to get away with free or inexpensive software.
I am certainly not going to buy Corel or Acrobat just for that task.

its ok
I thought you might have it already that is all. I understand where
you are coming from.

I picked up an original Corel draw/paint/trace etc ver.12 when in
moscow recently for about $8 AU and its been a very good program to
use. (it will work in english as well as russian)
also will read and display some CAD formats too, which is handy when
you are sent these files for viewing.

I dont know what its worth here though.

No idea how to fix that, but in the interim you might like to try the
free (with registration) online adobe version:
