How could I get this 12v LED bar running off 240v ?

Hi Guys
Im looking at the 120w 12v LED bar here https://www.amazon.co.uk/Newest-Bri...01MQYU2XC/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

but I need to have it running from a UK 240v normal indoor socket.
Any thoughts on how it would be easiest to do this please?

(I may want to run a couple of these at the same time)

Thanks for a response. The Amazon listing states
60PCS*3W high intensity LEDS Current draw 10A @ 12V,6.5A @24V

(Although the 120w LED bar only shows 40 bulbs) so do I need to be looking for something that states
"10a 12v" or more?

The ones on ebay are 10amps which is minimal.
