Basically when my ups is not in use, not charging just on, it uses a lot if power, around 30w but I would expect it to be less than 10w? Why?
What I have noticed is my display clearly says 230v output which I thought would be right as the UK is suppose to be 230v but my mains supply is actually 240v so I wonder is my UPS using so much power because it is constantly regulating the mains from 240v to 230v?
If it is then is there a way I can modify my UPS to output 240v instead? I'm handy with a soldering iron...
The UPS looks like the Turbo-X and it says UPS-1500SD on it but is silver and doesn't have Turbo-X written on it
