Help finding a replacement mosfet.

I have spent hours trying to locate a suitable replacement for a couple of mosfets from my
computer motherboard that burnt out. The part number is ceb65a3. I would appreciate any help I can get. I don't have enough experience with mosfets to know which characteristics matter when picking a comparable replacement and I have been trying to find an equivalent that is close to the original and I have not had any luck so far. The company that made the original has a comparable one which is ceb75a3 but I have not found any place where I can order some. Thanks in advance.

Have you located the datasheet for the original mosfet? That will tell us what we need to know to help you.

Will it make a difference that that device is logic level gate versus just a plain enhancement mode mosfet?

The Vgs(th) values are similar, as is Id at 10V, so I'd expect not.
