GEMCO P3200: Unable to access Address Program Mode

D

darkstar

The system consists of a GEM-P3200 and a GEM-RP1CAe2 Keypad. While
attempting to clear the Dealer Program to correct a previous error,
something occurred that now prevents me from accessing the Address
Program Mode. Everything seems to work fine when entering the Dealer
Program Mode. Once there I press the <reset> key to enter the Address
Program Mode and then the access location {in this case 4091}. All
this does is to change the displayed item(s) in the Dealer Mode. It
seems to never enter the Address Mode. Does anyone have a clue as to
how this can be remedied? I am going to try leaving the power off for
a bit to see just how much programming will disappear. Any help is
most appreciated. Thanks!

Finally, if you just need to have the system set up, I can call in and
download whatever settings you need. I don't charge for that service.

Why would *anyone* wish to "employ" your services? Because they're free?
You're *not* an installer, aren't licensed, bonded or insured. Your in fact
incapable of achieving any status within the state of Florida with the
exception of your on line business... Leave off the downloading, Bass...
Leave that to the *legitmate* dealers.

The only keypad is a GEM-RP1CAe2 and was designated number 1. Thank you.

<snip the usual Bass drivel>

Heh, heh, heh... so much for my being on your "ignore" list... You'll be
happy to know you're still on my "ignoramus" list (running neck and neck
with the Retarded Flemish Idiot)... ;-)
What's your license number, Frank?

Wouldn't you just *love* to know??
What is the provider name and number of your insurance policy? Who provides
your bonding and what is the policy number?

Now Robert... That's getting way too personal... Why would I want to give
you that?? I'm not selling anything on line or marketing my company in this
forum. I'm also not offering to download people's panels for free... Nice
dodge though...
Since my only interest is in runninfg my online store, anything else is
irrelevant.

That's not your only "interest" in this group (or any other you participate
in). You denigrate the alarm profession any chance you get. If you didn't
push your store to the extent you do in ASA you wouldn't engender the huge
show of "affection" that you do... You still don't get it do you??
However, I'd wager I could pass the FL exam or most any other
US exam before you could finish applying.

If you *could* write the Florida exam I have no doubt you'd pass. The
problem is your criminal record would prevent you from even applying... Sad
really...
While we're discussing it, where is your Florida license?

I don't service any customers *in* Florida... Why would I need a license
there??
